The Regulatory Component is to enforce, monitor the production, collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste and hazardous waste on the land of the Tohono O’odham Nation. The Compliance Inspectors can issue citation of violators of the Tohono O’odham Nation Solid Waste Code.
To protect public health by identifying and addressing environmental concerns as it pertains to the Nation’s indoor & ambient air quality.
